Job Summary
We are hiring Registered Nurses for the Emergency Room to join a fast-paced acute care environment. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career RNs including those with less than one year of experience who are looking to build strong clinical skills in emergency medicine while working within a collaborative healthcare team.
Key Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license or multistate compact RN license
- BLS certification required
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher
- Less than 1 year of RN experience welcomed
- Acute care or ER exposure preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Provide age-appropriate culturally sensitive and patient-centered care
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Support patient discharge planning and education
- Participate in performance improvement and ongoing education activities
- Apply independent judgment in clinical decision-making within established guidelines
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60000 $90000
- Full benefits package
