Job Summary
Location: Thailand or Indonesia
As part of the Operations team of either Santai Seaplane (Indonesia) or Siam Seaplane (Thailand) and under supervision of the Head of Engineering & Maintenance you will:
- Participate in the establishment of engineering & maintenance processes
- Perform maintenance tasks & release on C208 EX Amphibious aircraft
- Assist with the maintenance manuals and SOPs related to operations
- Pending appropriate experience manage technical aspects such as:
- Continuing Airworthiness Engineering & Engine monitoring
- Maintenance Planning
- Line Maintenance
- Continuing Airworthiness Engineering & Engine monitoring
The current aircraft type subject to the scope of work is Textron Cessna C208 Amphibian series.
The planning of work will be based on a roster schedule provided by the Head of Engineering & Maintenance in order to cover the flight operations and maintenance slots.
Requirements
Mandatory requirements:
- Valid engineer license on C208 EX
- Past experience with seaplane operation maintenance of Wipaire floats
- Experience with CESCOM & CAMP or CAMO systems
- Experience with EASA & FAA regulations
- Speaks English at business-level
- Showing initiative and being proactive

Additional desired skills:
- Knowledge of Thai or Indonesian Aviation regulations
- Thai or Indonesian national
- Strong interest in general aviation and seaplane operations
