Job Title: LPN / LVN OB/GYN

Location: Bronxville / Yonkers NY
Assignment Type: Contract
Duration: 14 Weeks

Schedule

• Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

• Includes a 60-minute unpaid break (schedule subject to change)

• May float to other nearby outpatient sites based on operational needs

Compensation

• Travel Gross Weekly: $1337.32

  • W2: $17/hr

  • Stipend: $700/week

• Local Pay: $30.50/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support an outpatient OB/GYN clinic. This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care assisting providers during examinations and procedures and supporting daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate is patient-focused detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist providers with OB/GYN examinations and procedures

• Prepare patients for visits and provide clinical support throughout appointments

• Perform clinical tasks within LPN scope of practice

• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

• Follow infection control and patient safety standards

• Support performance improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow

• Float to other clinic locations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program

• Active and unrestricted New York State LPN license and registration

• Knowledge of:

  • Infection control principles

  • Performance improvement processes

  • Delegation standards

• Bilingual Spanish required (due to patient population needs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an OB/GYN outpatient setting

• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant

• 1 year of Epic EMR experience

• Previous outpatient or clinic-based nursing experience
