Title: Sr. Analyst/Manager – Operational Excellence
Location: Bangalore
Level: SA/M
Function: Operational Excellence
Travel Requirements: 0%-5%
Position Summary:
Be the ‘expert’ on margin improvement plan for their assigned BU/SBU/Accounts – what is potential
what is planned what is delivered and where is the gap.
Key Deliverables/Responsibilities: Including but not limited to:
Strong understanding of the IT business operations & financial metrics
Conceptualize and implement a metrics landscape to drive quantitative analysis and insights.
Benchmarking against peers with input from internal stakeholders and external consultants
Present information using data visualization techniques.
Strong capability on solution modelling scenario building and sensitivity analysis.
Create / refresh margin playbook for assigned accounts. Each team member to handle 15
accounts
Review margin improvement plan shared by accounts (collected by BU Ops) to determine
a) if actions discussed in previous discussions are completed
b) whether there are additional opportunities for improvement across any lever
Capture next steps from review meetings for the account & circulate
Follow up with account teams & BU ops 2 weeks ahead of each cadence to ensure readiness
for review
With BU Ops ensure accounts identify alternate actions for any delayed/ cancelled actions.
If actuals lags committed margin for any month understand drivers of difference and plan for
recouping losses
Qualifications (Experience Skills)
3 years of relevant multi-functional experience in Tier 1 IT Services firm Consulting
Automotive FMCG or Fortune 500 Company
Ability to implement techniques for cost optimization and waste reduction
