Job Summary

Position Title: ServiceNow Developer (TS/SCI Cleared)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support mission-critical systems in a secure DoD/federal environment. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and strong hands-on experience developing configuring and enhancing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise strong scripting skills and experience working in enterprise-scale or government environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop configure and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform components

Customize ServiceNow modules including (but not limited to): ITSM ITOM CMDB Service Portal and Workflow/Flow Designer

Develop and maintain scripts using JavaScript including Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies and UI Actions

Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers

Support ServiceNow upgrades patches and platform enhancements

Collaborate with system owners stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Ensure solutions align with DoD and federal security compliance and governance standards

Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring system performance and reliability

Document technical designs configurations and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI Clearance (required)

4 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience

Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow solutions in DoD federal or large enterprise environments

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration customization and platform architecture

Experience supporting ServiceNow in a secure or regulated environment

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Additional ServiceNow certifications (CAD CIS etc.)

Experience with ITSM ITOM CMDB or custom application development

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Experience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise systems

Work Environment

Work performed in a secure cleared environment

Onsite or hybrid work may be required based on program needs
