We are a not-for-profit community-based organisation providing education and care to children from birth to 12 years of age across Tasmania. ABOUT THE ROLE:
LGT welcomes expressions of interest from motivated and enthusiastic individuals interested in undertaking a Traineeship. Our traineeship program offers hands-on experience structured learning and mentorship opportunities designed to develop your skills and gain practical knowledge as an Early Childhood Practitioner.
What are we looking
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Eagerness to learn about National Quality Framework which includes National Regulations National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
- Strong understanding of the importance of family communications
- Strong respectful and open communication skills
- Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Child Related Activity)
- Police Check
