ABOUT THE ROLE:

LGT welcomes expressions of interest from motivated and enthusiastic individuals interested in undertaking a Traineeship. Our traineeship program offers hands-on experience structured learning and mentorship opportunities designed to develop your skills and gain practical knowledge as an Early Childhood Practitioner.

What are we looking

  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Eagerness to learn about National Quality Framework which includes National Regulations National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of the importance of family communications
  • Strong respectful and open communication skills
  • Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Child Related Activity)
  • Police Check
