In this PCU RN role youll be responsible for continuous patient assessment lead and participate in care rounds manage unstable rhythms electrolyte disturbances and infusion therapies and coordinate timely transfers when patient status changes. Youll interpret telemetry data titrate medications and implement care plans that reflect evidence-based practice and patient preferences. Youll document meticulously for regulatory compliance and ensure safe discharge planning in collaboration with case management and social work.
