Job Summary

Job Title: Locum - Physician - Physiatry (PM&R)

Join us at a premier medical facility located in Davenport Iowa where we are looking to expand our PM&R bench support! Our practice is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our patients ensuring they receive the best treatment possible. As part of this experienced team you will be directly involved in patient care within a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive inpatient care and conduct daily rounds on a patient caseload of approximately 18.
Participate in care conferences twice per week.
Manage patient care in collaboration with the hospitalist team who handles medication management.
Work a scheduled shift from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
Be available for weekday on-call duties as needed.
Engage with and utilize support staff including 2 Nurse Practitioners.

Qualifications:

Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) - REQUIRED
Active Iowa License or Active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) Letter of Qualification - REQUIRED
Clean malpractice history and background - REQUIRED (Self-Query NPDB report required within the last month)

License and Certification Requirements:

Board certification in PM&R is mandatory.
An active Iowa medical license or a valid IMLC LOQ is necessary.
