Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of Property Procurement & Capital Projects ANZ youll oversee Abanos Australian property portfolio coordinating property projects and managing day-to-day facilities operations. This is a hands-on role combining project delivery facilities management contractor oversight and stakeholder engagement across a multi-site network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver property projects including new practice set-ups refurbishments relocations expansions and closures
  • Coordinate MARS project teams to ensure timely high-quality outcomes
  • Manage repairs maintenance and capital works efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Oversee contractors and service providers across cleaning security maintenance and utilities
  • Mitigate property-related risk and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Partner closely with practices support office teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar facilities or project coordination role
  • Proven experience managing multi-site facilities
  • Strong understanding of building services compliance and contractor management
  • Highly organised delivery-focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships and gets things done

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management Property Construction Project Management or a related field
