Reporting to the Head of Property Procurement & Capital Projects ANZ youll oversee Abanos Australian property portfolio coordinating property projects and managing day-to-day facilities operations. This is a hands-on role combining project delivery facilities management contractor oversight and stakeholder engagement across a multi-site network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver property projects including new practice set-ups refurbishments relocations expansions and closures
- Coordinate MARS project teams to ensure timely high-quality outcomes
- Manage repairs maintenance and capital works efficiently and cost-effectively
- Oversee contractors and service providers across cleaning security maintenance and utilities
- Mitigate property-related risk and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Partner closely with practices support office teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar facilities or project coordination role
- Proven experience managing multi-site facilities
- Strong understanding of building services compliance and contractor management
- Highly organised delivery-focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships and gets things done
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management Property Construction Project Management or a related field
