The Opportunity

Step into a pivotal role at DVML as our Ticketing & Bookings Manager overseeing venue hire event scheduling and ticketing operations to deliver exceptional experiences across our premiere venues.

About the Role

Youll be the go-to expert for ticketing and bookings ensuring seamless processes and outstanding customer service. From co-ordinating venue hire inquiries to managing ticketing builds and leading box office operations youll help create unforgettable experiences for our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage venue hire leads inquiries and bookings from start to finish
• Deliver ticketing services across all DVML venues
• Ensure systems and processes remain innovative and aligned with best practices
• Supervise casual box office staff and ensure smooth event-day operations
• Prepare quotes contracts and venue hire agreements
• Build strong relationships with clients promoters and stakeholders

What Were Looking For

• 4 years experience in sales or the events industry
• Proven customer service skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to work varied hours to support events
