What Youll Do
The position plays a key role within the organization by ensuring equipment reliability assisting production teams and contributing to overall quality and safety standards .Develop and implement maintenance strategies policies and procedures for all production equipment. Lead coach and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers across electrical pneumatic and mechanical disciplines. Plan and monitor preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends optimize maintenance schedules and reduce breakdowns. Oversee troubleshooting repair and installation of complex machinery and systems. Manage maintenance budgets spare parts inventory and resource allocation efficiently. Collaborate with production quality and engineering teams to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies implementing best practices and adopting new technologies to enhance equipment reliability productivity and safety. Ensure compliance with safety regulations environmental standards and company adoption of new technologies and best practices to enhance reliability efficiency and safety.
-Minimum Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum of 1015 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of electrical pneumatic and mechanical systems. Proven experience managing maintenance teams and projects. Solid understanding of preventive predictive and corrective maintenance strategies. Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies Ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics and maintenance manuals. Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities; fluent in French and English Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
