Were looking for a hands-on Supervisor to support licensed agents in a call center sales environment (Direct Sales Center). This role focuses on listening to calls coaching agents in the moment and driving improvement through clear expectations and consistent follow-up. The ideal candidate values both results and the behaviors that create them holds agents accountable and is comfortable having honest conversations. Success means being actively involved in coaching developing talent recognizing strong performance and building an engaged accountable sales team. This rolewill begin with a standard 9:00 a.m.- 5:30 . Scheduleflexibilityis required as hours may varybased on business needs. Supervisors will participate in a planned rotation to provide eveningandweekend coverage when leadership is unavailable. |
