Job Summary
Job Title: Change Management Analyst - Remote
Duration (Contract): 2 12 Months

Job Description:
As a Change Management Analyst you will support large-scale technology initiatives by coordinating change management activities managing project deliverables and ensuring accurate tracking documentation and communication across multiple workstreams. You will work closely with information management teams project management teams subject matter experts and vendors to ensure deliverables are processed documented and aligned with release and deployment timelines across the full system development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support design development and implementation projects within change management initiatives.
- Process log track and route project deliverables including design documents work plans and test artifacts.
- Coordinate with vendors project managers and subject matter experts to manage deliverables and requests.
- Maintain project documentation repositories ensuring proper version control and organization.
- Align change management workstreams with project management office standards and processes.
- Track deliverable status requests and workflows providing timely updates and reports.
- Support release awareness and transition activities prior to deployment.
- Serve as a central coordination point for change management communication and reporting.
- Participate across all phases of the systems development lifecycle.
Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:
- Experience working in an IT environment supporting change and release management activities.
- Strong knowledge of change management release management and version control practices.
- Experience working within the systems development life cycle.
- Ability to manage deliverable tracking workflow coordination and reporting.
- Experience processing work orders requests and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer focused approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams vendors and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting healthcare technology initiatives preferred.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
