Job Summary

Position Role: One of two Warrant Officers responsible for targeted engagement at communities of under-represented groups within the Army

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify appropriate engagement opportunities to strengthen Army relationship with under-represented communities across the UK.
  2. Manage daily relationship with Army Communications & Engagement to ensure required permissions are granted for ministerial engagements.
  3. Support National Engagement Teams SO2s/3s to identify cultivate and manage focused engagement opportunities.
  4. Manage and mentor engagement workforce at events to ensure high standards of professionalism and to maintain individuals welfare.
  5. Conduct other engagement recruiting or outreach activities as required by SO1 / SO2 Engt G3 Ops.
  6. Liaison with a variety of military government local authority and external civilian agencies to enhance potential engagement opportunities.
