Job Description

Community Physician Networkis currently seekinga Family Medicine physician to practice in our outpatient clinic in the Broad Ripple area of northern Indianapolis IN.

Full Time Outpatient Only No OB

o Flexible Schedule No weekends or holidays

o Shared call schedule with 24/7 RN triage

Full lab services onsite

Team Based Model of Care

Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Licensure & Certifications

Open to new and practicing physicians.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
