Physician Family Medicine Sycamore, IL

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Sycamore IL located in the far western suburbs of Chicago.

As a NM Family Medicine Physician you will provide exceptional patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. • Join a team of 4 Internal Medicine Physicians 3 Family Medicine Physicians 4 Advanced Practice Providers  
• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8am 5pm
• Call responsibilities: 1 week every 7-8 weeks
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
• Hospital privileges at NM Kishwaukee
• Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
• Nurse and certified medical assistant support
• EPIC electronic health system

Qualifications :

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
• Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine
• Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
