About the role:

As a Sales Manager Dealer you will play a key role in driving sales and business growth together with a the sales team. You will work with established sales processes as well as develop new ones targeting defined customer segments and building a strong sales pipeline.

Your key responsibilities includes:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and strengthen our existing dealer network ensuring strong relationships and sustainable growth.
  • Partner closely with the Country Manager Pro Sales Manager Marketing Manager and After Sales Manager to align strategies.
  • Drive business development initiatives together with dealers.
  • Lead motivate and develop a dedicated sales team.

Commercial & Operational Excellence

  • Manage assortment and prices to secure profitability.
  • Track account performance vs. budget and provide accurate monthly forecasts.
  • Ensure service levels availability and supply chain compliance.

Insights & Collaboration

  • Analyze sales market and competitor data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Recommend improvements and growth strategies based on research and analysis.
  • Share insights with internal stakeholders to support channel strategies and NPD launches.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing supply chain finance and customer service teams.

Who are you

You are a driven hands on and can-do curious person with experience from leading sales team and have a good motivation for driving sales through dealer. You think technology is exciting and can bring a positive change prefer to do and try things out in order to learn then do and try again. You are passionate about your customers; honesty is key. You have a strong belief in that the best magic happens when we work with our customers and partners to create meaningful valuable and usable solutions.

Your skills & experience:

  • Relevant skills and competence are key; higher education is an advantage but not required
  • Proven sales track record and strong network
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Experience working at the intersection of business and technology with strong customer focus
  • Previous experience from an international environment is valued
  • Enjoyment of a positive team-oriented and action-driven culture
  • Languages: English & Norwegian both fluent.
  • Extensive knowledge as an user of IT systems like office package and excel particularly.

Location:
The position is preferably based in Oslo area or close to our headquarter in Moss. Travel will be done as needed to visit and collaborate with customers and partners primarily in Norway.
