Avani Solutions is a leading hospitality business recognised for delivering exceptional beer quality services across the on-trade. Due to continued growth we are recruiting aBusiness Development Managerto take ownership of the South of England.
This is a field-based role suited to a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business building long-term customerrelationshipsand taking ownership of results.
The Role
You will manage and develop a defined southern region driving new profitable business whilemaintainingkey customer relationships across Avani Solutions on-trade customer base.
Approx.80% new business development
Approx.20% key account management

Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a defined southern region across key on-trade segments
Build and strengthen customer relationshipsidentifyingcross-selling opportunities
Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified new prospects
Collaborate with Field Services Marketing and Customer Services on regional account plans
Plan and lead key account reviews
Represent Avani Solutions at trade shows and industry events
About You
You will be a proactive relationship builder with a genuine passion for sales and business development.
Exposure tofield sales experience within the hospitality on-trade sector
Strong understanding of sales cycles and decision-making processes
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and IT tools
Strong numeracy and presentation skills
Full clean UK driving licence
