Avani Solutions is a leading hospitality business recognised for delivering exceptional beer quality services across the on-trade. Due to continued growth we are recruiting aBusiness Development Managerto take ownership of the South of England.

This is a field-based role suited to a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business building long-term customerrelationshipsand taking ownership of results.

The Role

You will manage and develop a defined southern region driving new profitable business whilemaintainingkey customer relationships across Avani Solutions on-trade customer base.

  • Approx.80% new business development

  • Approx.20% key account management

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined southern region across key on-trade segments

  • Build and strengthen customer relationshipsidentifyingcross-selling opportunities

  • Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified new prospects

  • Collaborate with Field Services Marketing and Customer Services on regional account plans

  • Plan and lead key account reviews

  • Represent Avani Solutions at trade shows and industry events

About You

You will be a proactive relationship builder with a genuine passion for sales and business development.

  • Exposure tofield sales experience within the hospitality on-trade sector

  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and decision-making processes

  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and IT tools

  • Strong numeracy and presentation skills

  • Full clean UK driving licence
