We are searching for the best talent for an Associate Area Manager or Area Manager to support clients and patients in the Boston South MA - Providence RI area.

You will attend cases andprovidecomprehensive guidance to physicians and staff on the use of ourImpella product portfolio to drive positive outcomes. Your goal is to develop the marketin a giventerritory to help recover hearts and save patients lives.To be successful in your role you will need advanced knowledge in interventional cardiology strong sales skills and business savvy partnered with leadership and training skills that promote trust respect and are backed by honor and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote & sellImpella product line toestablishedcustomers (physicians and Heart Teams including Interventional Cardiologists Cardiac Surgeons and Administrators).

  • Identifynew customers (physicians and hospitals) and lead the efforts in activating new centers

  • Create account/territory business plans and build programs

  • Exceed sales for assigned territory

  • InitiateImpella development activities focused on increasing awareness in the market

  • Lead clinical teams whoseexpertisehelp driveImpella adoption in assigned territory

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with 2 years experience in cardiovascular medical device sales.

  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience with 5 years experience in cardiovascular medical device sales. (Area Manager requirement)

  • Proventrack recordof selling into a Cath Lab or surgical suite.

  • A proventrack recordin leading and motivating teams to successfully achieve quotas.

  • Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology.

  • Direct patient support experience.

  • Availability foremergentpatient care.

  • Ability to drive patient outcomes.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% overnight.

  • Conduct duties and responsibilitiesin accordance withall state and federal laws and regulations governing the medical device industry.

Preferred:

  • Bachelorsdegree preferred or 7 years of cardiology industry experience

  • Experience selling within assigned geography preferredEstablished relationships/network of Interventional Cardiologists and Cath Lab staff in thepostedterritory

  • Proventrack recordof technology adoption and market development

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$75000 - $100000 based on experience

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program. Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation 120 hours per calendar year Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year. The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program.
