Seasonal HR Intern - NRG Park
Location: NRG Park - Houston TX
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager
Employment Type: Seasonal (Non-Accredited Paid)
Position Summary
Aramark at NRG Park is seeking a motivated Seasonal HR Intern to support large-scale event operations including the 2026 World Cup and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. This role will take the lead in coordinating and managing the employee credentialing process assist with seasonal hiring workflows and provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in high-volume HR operations event staffing and credentialing logistics within a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the credentialing process for Aramark team members supporting the 2026 World Cup.
- Oversee credential distribution tracking and compliance for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
- Partner with HR and Operations leadership to ensure timely submission of required documentation and background information.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel credential and onboarding records.
- Support hiring events orientations and onboarding activities throughout the season.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry scheduling file management and report preparation.
- Provide on-site support during major events as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service to employees managers and partners.
- Fast-paced high-volume event environment.
- Role requires time spent on-site at NRG Park during large events.
- Must be able to move throughout the venue and work both office and event-day duties.
- Operate technology systems and software such as voicemail systems copy/scanners personal computers and MS Office

Qualifications
- Must be actively enrolled in a Community College University or Trade school.
- Strong interest in Human Resources event operations hospitality or related fields.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned tasks.
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) or similar platforms.
- Ability to work extended or flexible hours during peak event periods.
