The opportunity
In this role you will lead our Global Building Information Modeling (BIM) team and build a strong positive and highperforming work culture. You will also have the opportunity to shape the global BIM strategy for the HVDC product group and drive standardized processes tools and methodologies across our engineering organization.
A strong focus on new industry trends and technologies enables continuous improvement in our methods and tools and together with the Product Owners you will ensure that new methods and digital solutions can be applied in tenders and projects. You will also work to secure resource allocation and ensure smooth execution across our project portfolio.
Beyond this the role offers the chance to influence how we deliver engineering excellence globally strengthen crossfunctional collaboration and support the transition towards more digital datadriven ways of working within HVDC.
How youll make an impact
- Lead develop and support the team while ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
- Set goals monitor performance resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage resource planning budgeting and accurate portfolio tracking.
- Oversee project progress timelines and cost estimations to ensure successful delivery.
- Enable strong crossfunctional collaboration and communicate updates to the management team.
- Improve processes digital project delivery and onboarding to strengthen operational efficiency.
Your background
- Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering preferably civil engineering or related area.
- Experience in BIM within HVDC or related energy/infrastructure domains.
- Expertise in ISO 19650.
- Strong background in Asset Information Management and BIM leadership for large complex infrastructure projects.
- Solid project management understanding and ability to drive structured delivery.
- Proficient in English.
