Job Summary

cFocus Software seeks a UX/UI Designer to join our program supporting the Department of Transportation (DOT). This position is remote in Washington DC. This position requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design of Information Systems or a related field
2 years of IT Graphic Design experience
3 years of experience gathering user requirements designing graphic elements and building navigation components in an IT field

Duties:

Specializes in crafting and executing UI/UX strategies to enhance online customer experiences.
Analyzes feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement developing comprehensive plans to optimize every touchpoint of the online journey.
Conducts workshops with stakeholders creates requirement matrices and provides visual representations of finalized requirements.
Troubleshoots UI/UX problems assists with User Acceptance Testing and offers post-production support for seamless implementation and ongoing success.
