Job Summary
Wholesale PartsCounterperson
Southaven Kia
Southaven Kia is seeking an experienced Wholesale Parts Counterperson to support and grow our wholesale parts business. Were looking for a motivated professional who understands dealership parts operations builds strong relationships with repair facilities and delivers fast accurate service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist wholesale customers with parts inquiries pricing and availability
Process phone email and in-person wholesale orders efficiently
Maintain strong relationships with body shops independent repair facilities and commercial accounts
Ensure accurate invoicing billing and documentation
Work closely with the Parts Manager to grow wholesale volume and customer retention
Maintain organized inventory flow and proper parts sourcing
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Prior dealership parts experience preferred (Kia/Hyundai experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and wholesale operations
Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently
Professional communication and customer-service skills
Familiarity with dealership DMS systems
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
