Location: Redmond
Compensation: $30.33/hour
Hours: Regular full-time 40 hours/week Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p

NeighborImpact Child Care Resources Program Overview:
Child Care Resources offers training technical assistance and business support to child care providers preschools and early educators in Central Oregon. Child Care Resources supports child care providers through Spark Oregons Quality Rating and Improvement System and builds the infrastructure of child care in Central Oregon.
Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
This position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish exceptional attention to detail strong organizational skills and a dedication to diversity and trauma-informed practices.
This role centers on building strong relationships with providers and delivering culturally sensitive technical assistance and feedback to support compliance. The Bilingual Child Care Food Program Monitor is responsible for ensuring Family Day Care Homes comply with federal and state Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) regulations. Key duties include conducting in-home monitoring visits (including unannounced reviews) evaluating provider eligibility and documentation monitoring meal services for nutritional standards and reporting health and safety concerns. They will also provide nutrition education assist providers with applications and software and ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely claim submissions. Additional responsibilities involve collaborating with providers to resolve compliance issues maintaining open communication with internal teams and external agencies and participating in ongoing training and administrative reviews.
