We are looking to appoint experienced professional and caring Deputy Managers in our 3 residential care homes.
The persons need to have CQC experiences and knowledge be reliable dynamic vibrant trustworthy full of initiatives with passion to care for our elderly residents.

Locations:
George Mason Lodge Leytonstone- Care home for older people with physical and sensory disabilities cognitive impairment and people living with dementia
Mapleton Road Chingford - Care home for older people with physical and sensory disabilities cognitive impairment and people living with dementia
Alliston House Walthamstow - Care home for older people with physical and sensory disabilities cognitive impairment and people living with dementia.
All services are inspected by the Care Quality Commission and rated as GOOD but we are aspiring to be Outstanding.
Working Pattern:
Working between 7:00am and 9:30pm including weekends and bank holidays working asrequired.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Applicants should have minimum relevant care qualification such as NVQ Level 4 QCF or equivalent.
Candidates must demonstrate that they have the ability to read and write in English and be prepared to undertake a written test and demonstrate sound knowledge of IT skills.
