What youll do
Youll join our Agentics Centre of Excellence and help teams across the Group automate their busywork so they can focus their time on what matters to our customers.
Day to day youll:
- Become a goto practitioner for RPA and tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
- Map how work gets done today then reengineer processes to make them faster more reliable and easier to run.
- Enable selfserve workflows for colleagues (without heavy IT builds) and know when to bring in IT for bigger solutions.
- Contribute to a standardised approach for when to use agentic solutions vs. bespoke tech builds.
What youll learn
- Handson RPA delivery and lowcode automation with Power Automate.
- Process mapping workflow orchestration and change delivery.
- How automation at scale supports services finance and governance in a complex multientity group.
About you
This is an ideal role if youre excited by automation AI and problemsolving. Youre curious organised and comfortable talking to different teams. If youve played with Power Automate built a nocode workflow or streamlined a process either in the workplace or in any other useful setting we want to hear about it.

What are the pay and benefits
Time off and Flexibility
- Hybrid role based in Cardiff Newport or Swansea.
- Working days are predominately Monday to Friday option to work compressed 9 day fortnight.
- 26 days holiday plus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service.
- Maternity & Adoption Leave: 20 weeks.
- Paternity Leave: 3 weeks.

- The exact salary for this role is 23490.04 for a 37 hour 6 month fixed term position.
