Job Summary

What is great about the role

This is a high-impact leadership role where you can make a real difference to how our customers experience their homes. You will lead the transformation of our responsive repairs service overseeing the day-to-day delivery of around 57500 repairs each year.

Where does this role fit in

This role sits within our Trades leadership team and works closely with the Head of Planned Maintenance the Commercial Performance Manager and our workstream managers supervisors engineers and schedulers. You will help coordinate resources monitor budgets and performance and support senior leaders in shaping our repairs strategy.

The purpose of this role is to lead the in-house responsive repairs team make sure repairs are completed safely on time and to the right quality standards and use both data and customer feedback to improve the service. You will ensure value for money support long-term transformation and maintain a safe and compliant working environment. This role is central to delivering a repairs service that is efficient fair accessible and continually improving.

What are the pay and benefits

Time off and Flexibility

  • Our Pobl Repairs Team covers areas between Haverfordwest and Monmouthshire with our office base for this role being either Cwmbran or Swansea.
  • Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days or you can work compressed hours on a 9 day fortnight.
  • 26 days holiday plus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service.
  • Maternity & Adoption Leave: 20 weeks
  • Paternity Leave: 3 weeks

Money and Pensions

  • The exact salary is 76501 for a 40 hour full time permanent position
  • 45p per mile for mileage allowance
