Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $15$18 per hour commission (Top reps earn $25$35/hr)
Joyce Windows Sunrooms & Baths is hiring Call Center Appointment Setters to contact homeowners and schedule free in-home estimates. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy phone work and performance-based pay.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm and hot leads
- Schedule in-home appointments for the sales team
- Use scripts and CRM tools to track calls
- Meet daily and weekly appointment goals
Requirements
Requirements:
- Call center inside sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Reliable attendance and coachable attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
