To support our continued growth and unwavering commitment to quality care Proud Moments ABA is seeking a dedicatedCare Coordinator to support families and children receiving in-home and in-center ABA therapy services in the Syracuse NY this vital role you will serve as the key liaison between our clinical team and the families we serveensuring clear communication seamless coordination and a compassionate supportive experience throughout their care journey.

Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. We offer expert treatment innovative techniques and compassionate child-centered care.
Responsibilities
As a Proud Moments Care Coordinator youll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients and their families. Your focus will be on ensuring compassionate high-quality care by:
Coordinating carefor children with autism by assigning behavior technicians in collaboration with the Administrative Director and Talent Advisor
Supporting familiesas a friendly reliable point of contactpromptly responding to their questions concerns and needs
Upholding quality standardsby conducting regular quality assurance reviews with client families and the care team to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care
Qualifications
As an ideal Center Coordinator candidate you bring to Proud Moments ABA:
- Experience in administrative duties in an ABA setting; preferred
- At least one year of experience as a Behavior Technician; preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail
- Commitment to efficient compassionate customer service
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
- Familiarity with MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook

- Salary Range: $50000.00 - $60000.00 Annually
