Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from members providers and internal teams in a contact center environment
- Support Medicare Member Services care management and utilization management program activities
- Identify members with care gaps or HEDIS-related conditions and assist with accessing care and resources
- Provide education problem resolution and support to improve healthcare adherence
- Act as liaison between members providers and clinical teams
- Document calls case notes dispositions and generate reports while meeting performance metrics
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 3 years of customer service or healthcare support experience
- Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs
- Ability to meet call center performance and attendance metrics
- English proficiency (read write speak)
