Supports day-to-day monitoring and observability operations across databases applications and infrastructure. Assists in maintaining alerting dashboards automation scripts and telemetry pipelines. Troubleshoots incidents validates system health and collaborates with senior engineers to ensure reliable and efficient monitoring coverage.

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelors

Degree Preferred: Bachelors or masters in science Computer Science Engineering

ITSM: Incident Change and Service Request Management

Basic understanding of observability concepts (metrics logs traces)

Hands-on experience with monitoring alerts dashboards and health checks

Foundational scripting skills in PowerShell Shell or Python

Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases

Ability to validate backup job success/failure and escalate issues

Experience reviewing monitoring tool alerts for anomalies or failures

Understanding of infrastructure components (servers storage networks cloud services)

Familiarity with automation concepts and version-controlled script repositories

Ability to troubleshoot basic performance issues with guidance

Capacity to document incident resolutions update runbooks and follow SOPs
