Position: Registered Nurse (RN)- Rehabilitation
Location: Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute
Hours Per Week: Full-Time Days
Pay: Starting at $35.72/hr. $41.26/hr

We are a state-of-the-art 38-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital jointly operated by Atlantic Health System and Lifepoint Rehabilitation. We specialize in helping individuals recover from the debilitating effects of serious injuries or illnessesincluding stroke brain injury spinal cord injury neurological disorders orthopedic trauma and amputationthrough customized patient-centered care.

What Youll Do
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized plans of care
Implement and adjust nursing interventions to support rehabilitation goals
Deliver safe age-appropriate and condition-specific care
Educate patients and families throughout their inpatient stay and during discharge planning
Collaborate with physicians therapists case managers and other team members
Accurately document clinical assessments and support medical necessity in records
Complete and update interdisciplinary care plans as needed
Contribute to continuous quality and performance improvement efforts
Uphold hospital safety standards and contribute to a supportive respectful work environment
Act as a clinical role model and support leadership initiatives
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (BSN ADN or Diploma)
Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey
Current BLS (CPR) certification; ACLS preferred
CRRN preferred
Minimum of six (6) months of experience in an acute care or med/surg setting preferred
Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
Passion for rehabilitation nursing and improving patients quality of life
