Job Summary

As a Firmware Engineering Manager you will lead a team focused on developing and supporting embedded firmware solutions that power innovative products. Youll combine technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure projects meet cost schedule and performance objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

As a Firmware Engineering Manager a typical day might include the following:

Leading firmware development efforts ensuring high-quality design and implementation across projects
Assisting with portfolio planning and contributing to long-term technology strategy for embedded systems
Managing activities to attract hire supervise and develop firmware engineers to achieve team and organizational goals
Representing the team at external meetings and presenting technical updates at large internal forums
Modeling and teaching company values and principles to promote world-class engineering practices
