Who were looking for
Were looking for a Generative AIfocused engineer to help us design and ship the next wave of AI-powered features at Qopla.
This is not a pure ML research role.
We already have an ML pipeline.
This role is about applying generative AI in production solving real product problems and deciding where AI creates real value and where it doesnt.
Youll work close to product and engineering with high ownership and room to shape direction.
What youll work on
Examples of the kind of problems youll work on:
Generative product features for menus kiosks and ordering flows
(content generation personalization experimentation UX intelligence)LLM-powered internal tools for support operations and merchant success
AI systems that use Qoplas existing data to automate decisions reduce friction or surface insights
Prompt-driven workflows RAG-style systems and AI orchestration
Deciding when to use foundation models fine-tuning agents or simple rules
Your responsibilities
Design and build generative AI features end-to-end from idea to production
Turn prototypes and POCs into reliable scalable product functionality
Integrate LLMs and GenAI services into existing systems and workflows
Collaborate closely with product and engineers to ship user-facing features
Help define Qoplas GenAI architecture patterns and guardrails
Qualifications
Strong experience building with generative AI not just studying it
Hands-on experience with LLMs prompt design orchestration and APIs
Product mindset you care about what ships and how its used
Comfortable working in ambiguous problem spaces
Fluent in Englis
Bonus if you have
Background in SaaS marketplaces or product-driven startups
Experience with RAG agents or AI-driven automation
Swedish language skills
