The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking 1 (one) Intermittent Administrative Professional 2 in the Legal Division.
What youll do as an Intermittent Administrative Professional 2:
Assist with phone coverage for the Legal division
Pull documents from storage
Scan documents
Respond to correspondence on existing appeals
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
This is an intermittent position - the hours of work will not follow a set schedule and may involve working on weekends. Intermittent appointments are limited to 1000 hours per fiscal year and are not eligible for health benefits or paid leave. The wage will remain at step 1 in the pay scale.
