Job Summary
Analyse financial performance identifying variances and providing clear insight and recommendations.
Partner with operational and commercial teams to support decision-making with data-driven analysis.
Maintain and improve financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis.
Assist with month-end close activities journal entries accruals and reconciliations.
Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track business performance trends.
Provide cost analysis margin analysis and profitability reporting across products customers or divisions.
Support audit processes by preparing schedules and documentation.
Drive process improvements and automation to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Financial Analysis or Accounting
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
- Collaboration: Builds and maintains internal networks fostering teamwork and leveraging global resources
- Organization Strong ability to manage tasks and priorities
- Language Skills: Proficient in English
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel capability; experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred
