Established in 2018 GrabAds offers an integrated advertising solutions platform that enables advertisers to engage audiences and trigger actions through multiple channels including in-app advertising branding and product sampling within the Grab ecosystem. Our goal is to help people discover engage and connect with Southeast Asias best businesses.
Get to Know the Role
As part of the Regional GrabAds team youll lead and partner with a portfolio of large enterprise advertisers and media agencies to drive commercial growth for GrabAds. You will maintain quarterly sales and performance targets. Youll also help shape the future of our Agencies business and will report directly to the Head of Regional Agency Partnerships.
This role will be onsite and based in the Grab Singapores One North office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will manage and grow a portfolio of key agency partnerships across the region.
- You will secure short-term strategic campaigns and negotiate long-term joint business plans with both advertisers and agencies.
- You will run effective training content and learning programmes for media agencies.
- You will lead quarterly business reviews and account development plans for key advertisers and agencies.
- You will be the primary point of contact to build high-level relationships with agencies.
- You will manage and exceed quarterly sales and performance targets.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 8 years of experience at a media publisher advertiser or agency focusing on agency management.
- Ability to work across functions to drive joint business plans with key partners.
- In-depth knowledge and network with decision-makers at large advertisers and agencies in Southeast Asia.
- Understanding of large advertiser behaviors and opportunities across industries like FMCG retail tech or QSRs.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance targets.
- Excellent skills for mentoring and managing senior stakeholders using a data-driven approach.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising.
Traits We Are Looking For
- Ability to leverage executive relationships and sponsors to deepen GrabAds relationships with clients.
- Represent GrabAds in the advertising community by actively participating in industry events.
- Act as the voice and executive sponsor for advertisers and agencies ensuring their needs are addressed within Grab.
