Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Management & Data Accuracy
- Manage and refresh targeted distribution lists for marketing campaigns.
- Partner with Executive Assistants (EAs) to verify and update CRM information regularly.
- Support basic reporting or dashboard updates to track marketing activity and engagement.
2. Marketing Operations & Campaign Support
- Coordinate workflows with the central graphics and marketing teams to support the production of client materials and publications.
- Manage the administrative elements required to publish and launch marketing collateral.
- Track timelines approvals and inputs across stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Assist with coordination of email marketing social media scheduling and internal communications as needed.
3. Events Coordination
- Provide administrative support for internal and external events (e.g. client events roundtables sector sessions).
- Manage logistics including invitations attendee lists materials preparation and follow-up actions.
- Liaise with external vendors where required and ensure event documentation is organised and up to date.
4. General Marketing Administration
- Maintain shared marketing folders mailbox and planning documents.
- Support the preparation of marketing presentations credentials and pitch materials.
- Assist with tracking progress against marketing plans and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Qualifications :
Experience & Skills
Essential:
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Proactive can-do attitude with willingness to learn
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel PowerPoint)
Desirable:
- Experience using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot MS Dynamics)
- Prior internship or experience in marketing events communications or professional services
- Familiarity with social media or email marketing tools
