Job Summary

Key Responsibilities 

1. CRM Management & Data Accuracy

  • Manage and refresh targeted distribution lists for marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with Executive Assistants (EAs) to verify and update CRM information regularly.
  • Support basic reporting or dashboard updates to track marketing activity and engagement.

2. Marketing Operations & Campaign Support

  • Coordinate workflows with the central graphics and marketing teams to support the production of client materials and publications.
  • Manage the administrative elements required to publish and launch marketing collateral.
  • Track timelines approvals and inputs across stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Assist with coordination of email marketing social media scheduling and internal communications as needed.

3. Events Coordination

  • Provide administrative support for internal and external events (e.g. client events roundtables sector sessions).
  • Manage logistics including invitations attendee lists materials preparation and follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with external vendors where required and ensure event documentation is organised and up to date.

4. General Marketing Administration

  • Maintain shared marketing folders mailbox and planning documents.
  • Support the preparation of marketing presentations credentials and pitch materials.
  • Assist with tracking progress against marketing plans and ensuring effective communication across teams.

 

     

     


    Qualifications :

    Experience & Skills

    Essential:

    • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
    • Proactive can-do attitude with willingness to learn
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel PowerPoint)

    Desirable:

    • Experience using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot MS Dynamics)
    • Prior internship or experience in marketing events communications or professional services
    • Familiarity with social media or email marketing tools
