Senior Consultant Banking Consulting
Hybrid - NYC
Up to $130k
We are currently engaged by a rapidly growing global management consulting company based in New York City seeking experienced senior consultants to join a successful financial services practice.
We are looking for consulting professionals with solid work experience in the financial services industry to join the return you will be working for a firm with a strong reputation in an entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
Play a vital role in further building up the Financial Services practice around digital transformation and operational excellence topics through contributions of managing talent oversight of delivery work and thought leadership
Conduct interviews and workshops with clients to assess pain points define visions of future states and prioritize opportunity areas that deliver value across people processes data & technology
Independently drive the success of a project by directing activities ensuring high quality and timely deliverables
Manage a team of consultants by organizing workstreams defining work packages and mentoring junior team members
What were looking for:
3 years of relevant experience working with or for clients in the banking wealth management or other financial services industries
Experience working with clients in the banking or other financial services industries is strongly preferred
Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Ability and willingness to travel
