Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Account Executivewith 3 years of experience in branded footwear sales ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands to support the continued growth of our sales organization. This role will play a key part in expanding our retail footprint by supporting existing accounts andassistingwith onboarding new retail partners as we introduceadditionalfootwear brands.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience selling fashion-branded footwear a strong understanding of wholesale retail environments and the ability to support the launch and growth of new brand initiatives as our portfolio continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Assistsenior account executives in building andmaintainingstrong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Learn about client needs preferences and businessobjectivesto provide personalized service and support.

Sales Support and Administration

  • Assistin preparing sales proposals presentations and contracts for clients under the guidance of senior account executives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensuretimelydelivery of products/services and resolution of client inquiries or issues.
  • Develop andmaintainin-depth knowledge of product offerings including categories seasonality costing and style assortments
  • Support all functions of sales and marketing operations ensuring smooth execution across accounts
  • Assistin onboarding new retail partners and new brand programs including account setup item creation and order flow
  • Manage andmaintainopen purchase orders (POs) open sales orders and oversold reports
  • Create andmaintainitem setup POs and sales orders in internal systems
  • Submit track andmaintainsales orders including updates and revisions

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Research andidentifypotential clients and business opportunities through market analysis industry research and networking.
  • Assistin prospecting activities including cold calling email outreach and scheduling meetings with prospective clients.

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Update andmaintainaccuraterecords of client interactions sales activities and opportunities in CRM software.
  • Assistin managing the sales pipeline tracking leads and prioritizing follow-up actions to move deals forward.

Market Analysis and Competitive Research

  • Stay informed about industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities toidentifyopportunities and threats.
  • Assistin conducting market research and analysis toidentifypotential target markets and customer segments.

Training and Professional Development

  • Participate in sales training programs workshops and skill development activities to enhance sales techniques and knowledge.
  • Seek feedback from senior team members and supervisors to continuously improve performance and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 3-5years of experiencein sales sales support or account management withinfashion or branded footwear
  • Experience supporting new brand launches or onboarding new retail accounts is a strong plus
  • Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with wholesale retail partners in footwear or fashion
  • Familiarity with retailer compliance ticketing and testing requirements
  • Experience supporting multiple brands or licensed programs
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of sales and account management.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Positive attitude resilience and willingness to take on new challenges.
