Position Overview
The Baker is responsible for preparing baking and presenting a variety of baked goods such as bread pastries cakes and desserts. This role requires attention to detail consistency and knowledge of baking techniques to ensure high-quality products that meet food safety and quality standards.

Position Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake bread pastries cakes cookies and other baked goods
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens mixers and proofers
- Decorate and finish baked products as needed
- Ensure products meet quality taste and appearance standards
- Follow food safety sanitation and hygiene regulations
- Monitor inventory and report ingredient or supply needs
- Clean and maintain baking equipment and work areas
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous baking or food service experience is a plus
- Culinary or baking certification is an advantage but not required
