Revenue Operations Manager

Job Description:
You will architect the revenue operating system powering Sales Customer Success and Fundraising. This is a hands-on technical role focused on HubSpot governance automation architecture and performance visibility. Your mission is to eliminate manual work through systemization ensuring the commercial team remains focused on high-impact outcomes and scalable growth.

Develop actionable reporting layers across the full revenue bowtie to provide leadership with visibility into conversion velocity and forecast accuracy.
The ideal candidate:
Expert-level HubSpot administrator with deep experience in custom objects advanced workflows and data hygiene management.
Proven proficiency in building multi-step no-code automations and integrations using tools like Zapier Make or custom webhooks.
Commercially literate professional who understands pipeline mechanics and can translate business needs into reliable technical systems.
