A Property Manager is now sought to join this well established and reputable property company in the Richmond area.

The Role

Be the point of contact for tenants of managed properties across the portfolio
Process tenancy applications reference checks and draw up ASTs
Conduct viewings with applicants
Arrange and schedule repairs both planned and un-planned whilst also liaising with landlords
Conduct inpsections inventories and move-out reports

The Person

Ideally already be working as a Property Manager but applicants with a relevant background will also be considered
Posses excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be highly organised able to prioritise
Have an interestin property and be keen to develop a career in the sector
Hold a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
