This position is responsible for organizing scheduling and managing the flow of activities for the field technicians. They monitor/adjust the daily schedule as needed to complete the expected and upcoming work. This position is responsible for collaborating with service managers office staff sales staff field technicians contractors and customers to ensure smooth and profitable projects from start to finish.Depending on experience in scheduling service technicians pay range is between $20 & $30 per hour.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments for clients.
Assess the service needs of clients and technicians.
Assist in getting other involved when parts need to be ordered or staged.
Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs.
Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the office.
Education/Qualification:
1-3 years of industry experience or experience in a service scheduling technician role.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
High quality organizational skills
The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Other Duties:
Adheres to the Code of Conduct Confidentiality Agreement and Company Safety Policy.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Assist clients with tier 1 remote support.
Required to be on-call in a rotational basis with other operation team member after normal business hours.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
