The Talent Development Specialist enhances the competencies of individual employees by conducting training programs that boost employees workplace performance in alliance with companys core values. You will deliver curriculum and learning materials and manage all phases of training interventions. You will report to the Senior Manager Talent Development.
In this flex office/home role you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from our office location in Phoenix AZ 85034
