This is a temporary position.

The Manager Ambassador & VIP Programsreports to the DirectorAmbassador& roles primary focus will be supportingthe program management ofAmbassador and VIP programs andcoordinatingbroaderMember Experienceteam areseekinga detail-oriented and proactivemanagerto support key operational processes team coordination and administrative functions. This role ensures smooth execution of daily tasks data integrity and collaboration across internal teams.

CANDIDATEPROFILE

EducationandExperience

Required:

  • 4-year bachelors degree from an accredited university with a major/focus onBusiness AdministrationMarketingHospitality or related major;OR8years ofrelated work experience.

  • 3 years of experience managing multiple programsprojectsand responsibilities through a complex organization.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred:

  • 2 years of experience managingmultiple programsprojectsand responsibilities through a complex organization

  • Existing knowledge/ experienceof loyaltyand/ or VIC programs.

  • Experience in planning executing and delivering projects on time and on budget

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Proficiencyin standard office tools and systems.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Operational Support

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and ensuretimelyprocessing of program-related activities.

  • Conduct audits and spot checks tomaintainaccuracy and compliance.

  • Participate in annual program reviews andassistwith year-end data validation.

Financial & Vendor Management

  • Submit and track invoices and statements of work (SOWs) to ensuretimelycompletion.

  • Monitor andmaintainaccuraterecords for financial processes.

Team & Event Coordination

  • Provide backup support for events andassistwithlogisticsas needed.

  • Coordinate team activities including scheduling meetings preparing agendas and organizing offsite sessions for leadership.

Project & Transition Support

  • Assistwith transitioning responsibilities forselectprograms and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity.
