Commercial Sales Associate Join the Team at Village Ford!
Location: Dearborn MI
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday (NO WEEKENDS!)

What youll be doing:
- Utilize social media marketing strategies to promote vehicle inventory and dealership services.
- Support the Commercial Sales Team with test drives vehicle demonstrations and product knowledge.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to drive sales.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate appointments for test drives financing discussions and vehicle deliveries.
- Maintain vehicle displays ensuring cars are clean and properly presented.
- Provide general administrative support for the Commercial Sales Team and management.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and always uphold excellent customer service standards.
What were looking for:
- Ford or Lincoln sales experience preferred but not required.
- Automotive vehicle sales experience preferred but not required.
- Valid drivers license
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Excellent customer service organizational and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
