Your role centers on advancing patient outcomes through comprehensive OT practice. You will conduct thorough evaluations interpret functional limitations and design individualized treatment plans that promote independence in daily activities. From therapeutic activities and skill-building interventions to adaptive equipment recommendations home safety assessments orthotic fabrication support manual techniques and gait and balance training youll help clients reclaim autonomy across multiple settings and stages of recovery. Youll document progress with clear compliant records communicate treatment rationales to patients and families and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize discharge planning and transition of care. As you grow in this specialty there are clear pathways for professional developmentexpanding into pediatrics geriatrics neuromuscular rehab or community-based wellness programsand opportunities to mentor emerging therapists and contribute to program recognition of the complexity of travel roles youll have access to structured onboarding ongoing mentorship and targeted learning experiences designed to deepen clinical expertise and leadership potential.

The position comes with competitive compensation and robust support. Expect a weekly pay range of $1968 to $2103 with guaranteed hours of 36.0 per week and an initial multi-week assignment beginning December 15 2025. We understand the realities of travel therapy so youll also receive housing assistance to minimize logistical stress plus the potential for a sign-on bonus and contract extensions if you choose to continue after the initial term.
