RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee full set of accounts including AP AR GL and monthly/year-end closing
- Prepare management reports budgets cash flow forecasts and financial analysis
- Monitor project costing progress claims variations and profitability
- Ensure compliance with GST CPF IRAS ACRA BCA and MOM requirements
- Manage payroll staff claims and HR administrative matters
- Coordinate with auditors tax agents banks and external parties
- Oversee office administration procurement and asset management
- Supervise and guide finance and admin staff
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting and statutory regulations
- Experience in project accounting and cost control
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently with strong leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
