Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to customers speaking English or Bahasa to promote products or services
Clearly explain product features benefits and offers to potential customers
Maintain accurate records of calls customer responses and outcomes
Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers
Achieve individual and team sales/telemarketing targets
Follow company scripts compliance guidelines and quality standards
Requirements
Fluent in English and Bahasa (spoken and written)
Previous experience in telemarketing sales or customer service is preferred
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
Willing to work on-site in the PJ office
